Fill out the form and email or mail to the NWSA office* at NationalOffice@nwsa.org

All memberships run on a calendar year basis, beginning January 1 and ending December 31. Members who complete their forms and payments after October 1, receive membership for the following year.

Dues Based on Program and Budget

Annual Dues — Budget/Program
$609 — PhD-Granting Dept/Program
$509 — MA-Granting Dept/Program
$434 — Undergraduate Dept/Program/Library/Center (with non-salary budget ABOVE $10,000)
$359 — Undergraduate Dept/Program/Library/Center (with non-salary budget BETWEEN $5,000–10,000)
$259 — Undergraduate Dept/Program/Library/Center (with non-salary budget BELOW $5,000)
$234 — K–12 School
$359 — Affiliate Organization with Annual Budget less than $500,000
$609 — Affiliate Organization with Annual Budget more than $500,000

  • Member Directory

    List your program, department, center, or nonprofit organization in our searchable public member directory.

  • Student Memberships

    Current member institutions receive three complimentary student memberships annually. In order to use this benefit, current institutional members should add the students to thier account under the 'membership' section of the profile. After doing so, we ask you to email National Office@nwsa.org with the students name, email, and copy of their student ID. This allows us to then give the students 'student access' to our site! Including reduced conference fees, student webinar pricing, and more!

    Please note, institutional student memberships do not include caucus fees. Caucus fees must be remitted by the student. Please send any questions about this benefit to NationalOffice@nwsa.org

  • Employment Listings

    Post complimentary employment listings within or related to the field of Women's Studies.

  • Share Ideas

    Participate in our discussion forum to share ideas and learn best practices.

  • Admin and Department Head Memberships

    Each institutional Membership comes with one administrative contact membership and a Department or program head memberhsip. These memberships, including the student memberships can be added to your profile under the 'membership' section.
