Registration for the Annual Conference
Registration for the NWSA Annual Conference is a separate fee from the Association membership. If interested in attending our Pre-Conferences, registration is separate and available here.
A major benefit of having an active membership is the automatic discount for events. We recommend purchasing your membership first before completing your registration.
You can learn more about our membership process, such as our private member community hub, our process for approving accounts, and more here.
Please note that all presenters for the NWSA Annual Conference are required to have an active membership and be registered by September 4th, 2026 in order to guarantee your inclusion in our conference program. Your membership must be active at the time of the conference (Nov 5-8, 2026).
THE FEES
Please note that “late” registration (listed in the grid below) refers to any conference registrations taking place on-site during the Annual Conference.
Please note that online registration closes on Monday, October 29th at 11:59 PM ET. People interested in registering for the Annual Conference after this time frame must do so on-site at our Registration Hub.
Refund Policy:
Please note, per NWSA policy, registration and event ticket fees are neither refundable nor transferable. The NWSA strives to be as accessible and flexible as possible; we recognize and are simultaneously navigating a challenging socio-political climate where our field is under attack.
If our event or program is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with registrants to provide appropriate refunds, if possible, should we be unable to reschedule the initiative. Forfeited registration and event ticket fees will automatically transfer to our Ann K. Schonberger Travel and Registration Grants Fund.
Portions of this National Women’s Studies Association event will be photographed and/or video recorded. Your presence at this event constitutes your consent to be photographed and/or recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any recorded media in perpetuity in connection with NWSA and its initiatives, including use on websites, in social media, publications, and other communications.
