Childcare Services
In line with our mission and commitment to enacting a feminist ethic, the NWSA proudly offers professional childcare services for participants on-site when convening our Annual Conference. Professional childcare services are facilitated by local, licensed, and insured providers that specialize in childcare for events like our Annual Conference and are available to members with dependents between the ages of 6 months and 12 years old.
The Association subsidizes the cost of childcare for attendees in order to meet the needs of our membership and attendees as well as implement as many conference services that allow your full participation throughout our time during the Conference. Attendees are required to pre-register and pre-pay for on-site childcare in order to secure services.
2025 Annual Conference Childcare Partner
Each year the Association works with a local childcare provider to enable accessible and prorated childcare for Annual Conference attendees. We're excited to share more details when we confirm a partnership with a childcare provider in San Juan, Borikén.
*Parents are responsible for providing: meals, snacks, and drinks for their child as well as all child care items, such as diapers and extra change of clothes. A refrigerator will be available in the childcare room. Please do NOT bring any food items with nuts.
Payment Process
The National Office coordinates with our official Childcare provider to confirm your requested care hours, ensuring accurate invoices are sent for payment within one week of the Annual Conference start date (Thursday November 13, 2025).
