Processing Pop-Up: Feminists Reckoning with César Chávez's History of Sexual Abuse

When:  Apr 16, 2026 from 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM (ET)

The NWSA firmly believes in the necessity and power of holding space for grief, rage, and critical thinking in the wake of witnessing and experiencing harm. Join President Pabón as she holds space for an open discussion (not a webinar, not a workshop) centering the women who help(ed) lead the labor movement for farm workers’ rights while also processing César Chávez's history of sexual abuse and gendered violence—now a public part of that history we have to reckon with.
