AHA Moment and Characters

When:  Jun 30, 2026 from 02:00 PM to 03:30 PM (ET)

Stories That Heal Us: Reclaiming Voice, Building Belonging | AHA moment and Characters

“Stories That Heal Us: Reclaiming Voice, Building Belonging” is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the parts of your story that want to be heard. Together, we’ll explore how our lived experiences, values, and voices shape the stories we carry—and how sharing them can create healing and belonging. By the end, you’ll leave with a story that feels true to you and the grounded confidence to share it in community.

AHA moment and Characters

This session is all about slowing down and noticing the moments in our lives that changed something in us—the little (or big) “aha” shifts that shape who we are. Together, we’ll explore the people who show up in our stories, including the roles we play ourselves, using gentle prompts and supportive peer reflections. You’ll have plenty of space to write, breathe, and uncover what feels true as you reconnect with your feminist values and the voice you want to bring forward.
