After a brief pause in our series and shift in our offerings, our facilitator Dr. Meghna Bhat invites you to return to Session 1 — creating space for those who are joining us for the first time and for returning participants who want to refresh their creative thinking and reconnect with their storytelling voice.
We’ll ease back in by grounding together and rebuilding shared agreements for how we want to be in community. You’ll explore what storytelling really is (and what it isn’t), experiment with different styles, and hear examples to spark inspiration. This session blends interactive activities with quiet reflective time and gentle pair‑sharing. By the end, you’ll craft a very rough, messy, and incomplete draft of your story that helps you reconnect with your imagination, your values, and your voice.
Shaping and Sharing My Story
In our final session, you’ll build a fuller version of your story using guided writing and free‑writing time. You’ll have the chance to share with peers in a supportive space and get reflections that help strengthen your flow and delivery. We wrap up with practical resources and a well‑being checklist to support you as both a storyteller and a facilitator.
