Imagine a Liberated World: A Collective Songwriting Workshop with Taína Asili

When:  May 28, 2025 from 07:00 PM to 08:30 PM (ET)

Join us for a magical evening of collective songwriting with NWSA Member Taína Asili—a New York-based Puerto Rican singer, composer, and educator (https://tainaasili.com) carrying on the tradition of her ancestors, fusing past and present struggles into one soulful and defiant voice. She is celebrated by NPR, Rolling Stone, and Billboard for her soulful, genre-blending music echoing calls for love and liberation. This online event is hosted by NWSA Member at Large Jessica Pabón and the Arts & Performance Interest Group.

📋 All are welcome to register for NWSA events and co-sponsored opportunities. NWSA Members should login to their accounts for the smoothest event registration process. Folks without an active NWSA membership will be prompted to register (ie. create a profile free of charge) with the Association in order to complete a non-member registration (that may have associated fees); in this case, you will not be charged for a membership but you will not be able to access member discounts and/or rates!
