The Program Administration and Development Committee (PA&D) is a standing committee in NWSA specifically designed to represent the interests and needs of administrators of women's studies or gender studies programs and departments to the Governing Council of NWSA and to assist NWSA in meeting the needs of women's / gender studies administrators and their departments and programs.

NWSA Data Collection Project

NWSA partnered with the National Organization for Research (NORC) at the University of Chicago to collect data on the field of women’s studies nationally.

Women of Color Leadership

The WoCLP is designed to increase the number of women of color students and faculty within the field of women’s studies / gender studies and, consequently, to have an impact on the levels of participation and power by women of color in the PA&D, NWSA, and in the field of women’s studies / gender studies as a whole.

Governance

Job Search Strategies:
Knowing your strengths and weaknesses are important when searching for a job.

Networking:

Resumes:
With the job market being so competitive, your resume must be clear, distinctive, and interesting to set you apart from everyone else that wants that job. Princeton University and Duke University offers sites that give you all you need to know on how to write that perfect resume.

Etiquette during dining is extremely critical, so if you find yourself in a interview during a dining experience, Middlebury College gives twelve tips on what to do.

Successful Second Interview:
The Second Interview is crucial since the employer is evaluating whether you two get along. Williams College has a broken down analysis of the situation.

The thank you letter is often overlooked during the interviewing process since all of the worries are on whether or not you got the job.
