7PM - 9PM         Keynote Address in ballroom adjacent to the exhibit hall

9AM - 6PM         Exhibit Hours

9AM - 6PM         Exhibit Hours

9AM - 12noon     Exhibit Hours
12noon - 2PM     Tear Down

Exhibit Booths include:

2    complimentary general conference registrations (does not include pre-conference)
1     8x 10 booth including 8' high back wall and 3' side dividers
1    6' topped and skirted table
2    side chairs
1    waste basket
1   7" x 44" identification sign

Any additional equipment, electricity, interent or freight is additional and must be arranged through GES, the drayage company for the event.
