Helpful tips that will ensure a smooth check-in

Incidental Deposits:
Each guest will be asked for an incidental deposit in the amount of $50.00.  This will cover any incidental charges such as in-room dining, phone service, room movies, etc.  If services are not used the deposit or portion thereof will be refunded.

The following forms of payment are accepted:
AMEX, VISA, MC, Discover, Diners Club, Cash and Personal Check.
On occasion, international credit cards have additional numbers and will not compute in our system.  If traveling with an international credit card, notify the hotel directly to confirm if the card is an acceptable form of payment

Debit Cards:
If using debit/check cards, a hold will be placed on your account for the entire amount for your visit.  Funds will not be accessible until the hold has been removed.  On average, funds will be held between 5 and 7 business days.

Sharing Rooms:
Each guest sharing a room must be listed on the reservation.
If a guest attempts to check in and is not listed on the reservation, access will not be granted until a registered guest in the room can verify occupancy.

Splitting Payments:
The first guest to arrive must present the full payment/guarantee for the entire visit.  Once the other guests arrive, their guarantees can be obtained to split the charges.

Lost Keys:
Additional keys will only be given upon verification of a valid picture I.D.
