CONFERENCE TOTE BAG INSERTS
Another excellent way to reach out to conference attendees is by including a promotional insert in the tote bag handed out to all attendees.
A limited number of bag inserts are permitted, so early reservation is encouraged. Bag inserts may be a flyer/advertisement or a promotional item (pens, stress balls, key rings, etc.)
A sample of the item must be submitted to NWSA for approval. Acceptance is at NWSA’s discretion. If accepted, 1,600 copies of the item must be provided.
Tote Bag Insert Rate: $400 per insert
Please note inserts must be preassembled (i.e. fold, clipped, etc.,) prior to shipping.
PROGRAM BOOK
Crucial to conference
marketing, the NWSA Conference Program is a large book for a large conference. Reach approximately 1,600 conference registrants – including NWSA members and nonmembers – who attend the NWSA Annual Conference by advertising in this essential conference guide. Seeing your ad with your booth number ensures you are on each attendee's "map" reinforcing your booth objectives for the show. Most attendees retain the program as a permanent resource.

Double Spread: $750
Full Page: $500
Half Page (7x5 or 3.5 x10) $300
Artwork Specifications and Mechanical Requirements:
Bleeds – Available within Program text pages with a bleed size of 8.1/2" x 11.1/4" and final publication trim size of 8.1/4" x 10.7/8".
Full-page live area should be kept within 7.3/4" x 10.1/4".
Inserts – Not available.
Trim size/pages: 8-1/4" x 10-7/8" (perfect binding); approximately 200 pages.

1/2 page horizontal 7" x 5"

Printing method and materials
* Printed by web press.
* Printed on 100 lb. premium paper.
* Ads can be submitted as PDF-X1, PDF, Postscript, EPS, or TIFF files. All high resolution images and fonts must be embedded in files.
Please include standard trim, bleed, and registration marks. Total area density should not exceed 300%. Grayscale images greater than 85% density may fill in on press. All required image trapping must be included in the file.
